We were talking about how nice it is that Reid is gone
and how Eric also has the habit of appearing and talking randomly in Spanish, uninvited.
Then he pulled up in his blue SUV thing and came over and said stuff in Spanish.
He was tossing around a water bottle which I tried to snatch in mid-air.
He began to amuse himself by throwing the water bottle out of reach of both Calliope and me.
Somehow he and Calliope ended up practicing restraining each other.
The water bottle was all but forgotten when he left for Speech.
For some reason he was running.
We got the water bottle, opened it, and chased him.
After looking back, he ran faster.
In the Student Union, one of the old Speech ladies asked Calliope what she was doing with an open water bottle while Eric cowered behind Gina.
"Don't spill that - we have cameras"
So Calliope absentmindedly took a sip from the water bottle.
"I'm sick, by the way" - Eric
and then he did a creepy Reid thing.
Calliope and I realized we still had a water bottle, and she was angry, so we went out to his car.
It was locked.
BUUUT

And this was BEFORE we stuck the pine needles behind the windshield wipers and put the pine cones on the roof. It was quite festive.
So now there are random pine cones strewn about the parking lot.
I spoke to all three Lang classes about AP Lit today. I probably didn't have to be there zero, but Gov is dumb. Anyway, zero period was pretty good, except for the clump of annoying people like Eric who think poetry is about "explaining things" and should not make you wonder and that school is for getting A's rather than learning. First period is slacker period, mostly. Double zero was pretty cool, but the line between 00 and 0 is kind of blurred in my mind.

3. Other kids can't write at college
4. They ask you to edit their papers
5. ???
6. Profit!
Will not: give blood.
New ballet teacher? Thin. Legwarmers. Asian. ABT, Joffrey, loads of other places. Lesbian? Was that really her "friend?" Hard class.
Sofi started dance... (Cynthia and Ed have already; costumes tried on for Jen and Christine)
