Circuit breaker puzzle

I was able to solve it when my heater (on low), hair dryer and laptop were the only devices on on the same circuit (before I even plugged in my alarm clock!), but this morning, the combination of microwave + random electric radiator intended to help with the frozen water pipes of the kitchen sink resulted in a circuit breaker puzzle I couldn't solve. A flashlight and someone to confirm my answers so I didn't have to run up and down two flights of stairs so many times would have been cool, but I had to leave at 8:30.

back in the day, if someone used the microwave, the lights in the living room would flicker. Awws yeah.

Last time I was there, the lights still dimmed whenever the fridge turned on too much.

When I put something in the microwave and then start the toaster, you can hear the pitch of microwave hum lower.
