(no subject)

I was at work
it wasn't super exciting
nobody had matching towels
(I wrote account strings too many times, made copies, filed, ran errands, put paper in printers
the neverending coffee cycle)
except when I used the internet to identify the font on the profs' mailboxes
a project for next week will be updating the hundreds of mailboxes
I took samples and stuck them in the copier
brought the copy back to the desk at which I was bound to sit
identifont said it was lydian/ cg lisbon/ monotype lydian
they're all pretty much the same font
but yay, they were impressed
then after work I made wholegrain spaghettis
went to dozen for a mochi cupcake
they are good but not mind-blowingly fantastic
(have to go back to try copacabana another thursday)
bought a jar of peanut butter at the supermarket
after seeing jcreed and lea the first time out of two for the day
recycled a bunch of cans and jars and bottles at construction junction
had dance class in a very very hot upstairs room
it smelled like a toaster oven, without the charring
better than other things it could have smelled like
wondered if the ceiling is asbestos
walked to a gas station to buy cheap sugarwater because I needed more internal moisture
it was cheaper than plain water
slid it up to the bulletproof glass to be scanned
bused back, bus women talking about the glory days of the mumps
back in the sixties, the whole class got the chicken pox at once
now there are vaccinations
thank god the whole class didn't get polio back in the day
eventually trekked back to campus
the cluster is closed! how sad
but we still got a decently-sized half-price group
we always go to fuddle
I always eat something with hummus and fries
walked back home in nicer but not actually wonderful weather
ran into trevor and ian while showing chris the birthday cake dance
my roommates are out
