Mar. 15th, 2008 10:15 pmI learned to use a gas range!
Today I used one to cook enchilada tofu (Chris was making Mexican rice beside me).
(I think it's weird when guys who are not acknowledged/confirmed vegetarians eat tofu or veggie burgers. They would never fly with my dad or brother. I told Jim about this, and he laughed. He used to make vegetarian dishes for me and eat them, too. Talking to my mom was so much worse than talking to him... my parents are mean, lazy, crappy people a lot of the time, and that is not just teen angst speaking.)
And yesterday we made apple pie in honor of the holiday.
Hooray cooking/baking adventures!
Also, the apartment is totally vacuumed. I can't wait to see/hear about Carolyn's reaction.
I started the roboceptionist today, but definitely need more glue in the next layers of papier-mache...
And I am super glad to find out I didn't have break to work on the boggle board for 111 and am scot free for laziness.
Am I the only person who had never heard of the Chronicles of Riddick?
